What is the Golf Fitness Academy Program?

The Golf Fitness Academy is a 10-session, one-on-one training program at Jade Fitness, designed to help you hit longer drives, improve swing efficiency, and reduce the risk of injuries. Led by Harvey—an experienced trainer and avid golfer—this program focuses on building the strength, flexibility, and mobility essential for better performance on the course. Whether you’re looking to add power, improve consistency, or elevate your endurance, this customized training will help you elevate your game and keep you playing at your best.

Hi, I’m Coach Harvey, a passionate personal trainer specializing in functional strength, mobility and functional flexibility.  

I have over 15 years of experience helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. I offer psychology based health and fitness coaching to help you move better, feel better and live better. I am also certified with NASM as a personal training and fitness nutrition specialist.

More recently, my love for golf has led me to help other golfers play better by moving better! I can’t wait to start working with you.

How much does it cost?

The total program costs $800 plus tax— $80 a session.

Where does the program take place?

The program takes place at Jade Fitness (1310 Pennsylvania Ave SE Washington, DC 20003) in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

I haven’t worked out in a while, is this program going to be okay for me to do?

Yes! Harvey works with people across all skill levels to better their health and their game. Each session will be customized to your goals and abilities.

Will Harvey be teaching multiple people while I am doing my session?

No! Harvey will be 100% dedicated to working with you in a one-on-one capacity, tailoring each session to your personal needs.

Do I have to buy a membership to Jade to participate?

No - this is a standalone program. You only need to purchase the Golf Academy Package to participate.
