jen-postnatalThis class will help new mothers get into shape without the need to find a babysitter.   New mom, Jen will focus on building back core strength, grip strength, and stabilizing muscles, which are lost during pregnancy as well as gaining overall strength.

20 sessions for $300

This 20 pack includes 10 sessions with Jen in her Thursday morning post-natal class plus 10 addition fitness or yoga classes that are available for you to take for free during the 10 weeks.
